I really wish the team I'm currently working with could deliver frequently, bureaucracy in some organisations unfortunately beats even the best technical solutions.
What do you find helps that team stay sane in such an environment?
Mostly ignorance unfortunately, many of them have only ever worked in this environment so don't know there is another way.
I stay sane by picking my battles and celebrating small wins.
